I saw this story on the morning news today…seems like all I watch is Fox 13 news! “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” author Stephen Covey announced a new social networking site that seems really useful. Dr. Covey has left his stamp on the world of web 2.0 social networking.

His writings have helped me to become more response-able. Many useful techniques in the book. However, I didn’t know all of the habits are of Mormon teaching and he is a devout Mormon himself.
In fact, in his book “The Divine Center,” he even warns against following Jesus Christ, and to NOT be one of “Gods Robots,”. It seems he has good intentions, but has been deceived.

This is an interesting concept! I find that I learn a lot about myself through what others share with me. I find that I develop opinions and decide whether or not I want to be educated on certain topics. To have a forum where I can exchange ideas, strive for goals and have a community that supports me in those decisions…is a pretty cool concept.
