Linksys WRT110 Wireless G Router
The RangePlus Wireless Router is really three devices in one box. First, there’s the Wireless Access Point, which lets you connect to the network without wires. There’s also a built-in 4-port full-duplex 10/100 Switch to connect your wired-Ethernet devices together. Finally, the Router function ties it all together and lets your whole network share a high-speed cable or DSL Internet connection. The Access Point built into the Router uses smart antenna technology to achieve extended range. Unlike ordinary wireless networking technologies that are confused by signal reflections, the “Multiple In, Multiple Out” (MIMO) technology actually uses these reflections to increase the range and reduce “dead spots” in the wireless coverage area. The robust signal travels farther, maintaining wireless connections much farther than standard Wireless-G.With MIMO, the farther away you are, the more speed advantage you get. It works great with standard Wireless-G and -B equipment, but when both ends of the wireless link are MIMO enabled, the router can increase the output even more by using twice as much radio band.

its a sleek design, …
its a sleek design, but connection maint. PAINFUL. Cheap wanta be N router. go big or stay in the G. Thats just my opinion though. This Tech has so improved since this soon to half its price router is not worth the hassle. I miss the antenna’s to. You can mod those to even reach farther.
Sleek looking though for what its worth. Not what I buy a router for.

OMG, I am having …
OMG, I am having the same problem. My old XP laptop connects fine, as does my Apple iTouch. My new laptop, which runs Vista, can’t connect. Sometimes it does, but mostly it can’t. It also messes up my desktop’s connection, which is strange, because it’s a wired connection. Like clockwork, when I switch on my new laptop my desktop’s connection fails. I have tried everything, with no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?
