I used to have an account in orkut . but most of my friends are now using Facebook . and it is the worlds most using social networking link . why is so ?? orkut is better isn’t it ?

coz orkut is banned in some countries

   It has nothing to do with being the best or not, it’s all about the advertising around a product, it’s all about marketting. I have never heard about Orkut, and neither have my friends, but you can see Facebook everywhere, on tv, on the radio, every web site is linked with Facebook and celebs use it as well… Could be anything else, it would work the same.
