The Network Link is the Connection…

The Network Traffic is the load on the Connect…. how many packets are traveling on it.

A network link is a shortcut to a file or folder (or resource) on a network.
Network traffic is the data that moves back and forth on a network.

The link is the connection. That’s like when you call someone on the phone and they pick-up to answer.

Traffic is the data that’s transmitted. Its can be compared to a phone conversation between two people after they are connected.
