That person already did…kicking a cat or who/whatever this person made “Gaston” to be could be taken as animal abuse or just abuse/assult (once again depending on who this person made “Gaston” out to be) and that’s a crime morally and by law. It’s not a laughing matter…this is a very serious matter. I mean, how would you like it if someone went around making posts like that using your name in some way on a site you don’t use?
