We require following terms to be covered:
Configuration of Network OS : Linux(i.e NFS server ,Web server)

Installation & Configuration of FTP & TELNET

Connecting Windows with a Serial Link.

Network Monitoring using: NMAP & NTOP in Linux

Just this 4 topics are required.I kindly request you to forward mail as soon as possible. We are ready to pay the amount for trainning

One Day?? Not very likely if you are a newbie.

Try downloading a distro and digging in. Most of the major distros have very good installation programs that will walk you through the install and setup of a basic system

The setup configuration will as you what you want to do with the machine and help you get there.
In General:
NFS File server – Linux does this out of the box. No configuration required
Web Server – Most distros come with Apache – It’s the "gold standard" by which other web servers are measured. Getting it installed and running – no sweat. Learning all the in’s and out’s – That why they teach just Apache as a subject
FTP and TELNET – built in and ready to go
Connecting to Windows with a Serial??? Link – I’m going to guess you mean Ethernet – That’s what SAMBA does
Getting SAMBA up and running – That can take a while, but you’ll learn a lot in the process
NMAP And NTOP – these are standard programs in a Linux distro. Load them through your program manager.

Open Suse is my distro of choice. It has all the features I have listed above. Like I said, down load it and start digging in.
Have Fun
