D-Link DIR-615 Wireless N’ Router Review (HD)
D-Link DIR 615 Wireless N’ Router Review
In this CitronTech video, I will be showing you the D-Link DIR 615 Wireless N’ wireless router. It’s a great router to use for a home network to share files, printers, devices and more. It’s easy to setup and you can create your own WiFi connection within 10 minutes after unboxing! For people that want an affordable solution, this router values from $40 to $80 depending on where you got it. I got it for about $65 at a local BestBuy.

i have no idea why people think this, but that’s not a refresh button…. its for WPS, if you have a device that supports it you hit the button and it automatically connects to the router. every review ive seen of routers say its a reset/refresh button…

Okay, this router …
Okay, this router sucks. When I got the router, the DNS server kept crashing, and wouldnt give out IPs any more until reboot. So I upgraded the firmware to 3.11NA and it seems the problem had not been fixed; and you cant downgrade the firmware anymore. So now I have to use a static IP. But thats an inconvienience because I have to keep switching the IPs over and over again because I take my laptop everywhere. Now a NEW problem arose with the router, theres interference occuring all the time…

If you plugin the router, it should turn on when it gets to the connection. If it doesn’t, you should call D-Link support and they will help you resolve your issue.

April 2nd, 2010 at 1:18 am
That is the speed …
That is the speed of your internet connection, you can’t change it (unless you hack into your ISP) but you can order faster internet, the router can “broadcast” 150mbps and that is WAAY much higher then the maximum that your ISP can reach. So the only thing that you can basically do it just upgrade your internet.
