In Lesson 4 take our notebook out back (it was a nice day) and insert the PC Card wireless network adapter into a open PC Card slot. Just like in the previous two lessons we show how to install the configuration software that came with the adapter. We will get the computer connected to the router and on the Internet in Section 4.

@acerb45666555 You need to get a wireless adapter into the computer. I couldn’t find the specs for your laptop but being as old as it is it probably doesn’t have one built in. I did find that that laptop has a maximum memory limit of 160MB. If this is true you don’t want to put Windows XP on it. It would run really slow. Do you know the type of upgrade slot the laptop has? If you can tell me that I can recommend a wireless adapter that will go into it and get it online.
