Kindly advice or give some links to proceed.
FYI, I’m sick of hitting on the books, so I won’t be comfortable to sutdy books, any other method,,, would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

What pays more Computer networking or software field?
What pays more Computer Networking or Software field in India after an experience of 3-4 years.
(Please dont ask to do what u like or do what ur interested in )Experienced guys in IT comment?
I believe software writers, SQL and Web Design and the programming languages .NET , JAVA, C+, C++ . . .ect will yield the greatest income.
(apologies for my ignorance on this subject, I’m more of a hardware/network person)
But it varies on location, I live in South UK and this is my experience.

what kind of job can I get with just a computer networking diploma?
Does anyone have any knowledge of what kind of job you can get with just a computer networking diploma from Ashworth College online?
Most online college degrees aren’t worth a whole lot – especially if you don’t have any experience to back it up.
Unfortunately they don’t bother telling you that while they are taking your money.
Try checking around temp agencies, and see if you can find something entry-level to bolster your education.
The good thing about the degree is that it can get your foot in the door of some jobs that wouldn’t even consider you otherwise (even if you were actually the best candidate).
(edit: the A+ cert is a good idea – and while it is possible to find a job making 65K right out of the gate, they aren’t exactly easy to find)
Enrolled in CIS Networking, how long into my schooling before I can get a job in computer networking?
I just recently (two days ago) applied to my community college and am enrolled in the Computer Information Systems with the Networking option (as opposed to the computer science option). I chose this after the manager of the IT department where I work (Im in Security here) told me that CIS Networking is "where the money is in this place". Is there any way to get a job in networking or any other type of computer related jobs while I’m still in school?
Most definitely. Help desk teams love to hire students. Also it’s possible your school has student jobs related to your field available. Generally I’d say get your first semester done then you can look for companies in IT hiring for help desk or "cable monkey" positions.
What is a good Computer networking laptop?
I am going to ITT Tech for Computer Networking i just got all my grad money and am looking to buy a laptop for class, but is there is certain type of laptop i need for computer networking or will an average old laptop work?
I will strongly recommend you Dell Inspiron 15R 1570MRB 15.6-Inch Laptop. As it will be under your budget and fulfills your all requirements. You will experience HD graphics and good quality sound. This will last for you for 3-4years. When you are getting all things at reasonable price in this laptop then dont go for expensive one like Apple. You can check this out at

Is there an university program in Canada for computer networking?
Are there any university programs that offer a degree in computer networking as opposed to general computer science? What are the differences between the two, and does having one degree makes you more qualified than the other?

Once you have achieved an Associates Degree in Computer Networking, how hard will finding a job be?
Wondering how hard it will be to find employment after my associates degree in computer networking.
Depends on how high you set your expectations. If you are content with entry level work making $8-9/hr cleaning spyware off PCs then it won’t be too hard. If you expect to come out of the program and get a job as a network admin right away, you’re probably not being realistic.
It also depends on how knowledgeable you are on the subject matter and how much experience you have. If you have 10 years of experience, then you will be better equipped to get a higher level position than someone who has no experience. Also, it’s been my observation that many people who choose computer networking programs typically aren’t ready for "prime time" when they graduate. They need a year or two on the job to get up to speed.
As the previous posted said, consider internships. You may not get paid, but you’ll be gaining experience which will help you in the long run and is really what the internship program is designed to do.
Certifications are also good, but make sure that you can speak intelligently about subjects you’re certified on. For example, if you interview with me and say you have your MCSE and CCNA certification but can’t hold a conversation about anything that wasn’t included in the test prep material, you will probably not be considered for the position.
What do i need to do to prepare for a computer networking career?
what classes should i take as an undergrad in collage?
is computer science courses more directed towards computer programmers?
and lastly if i do get my bachelors degree in computer science where do i go from there?
what type of everyday troubles concerning the job as a computer network administrator have everyday?
I would say learning security is really a good thing and can get you in the door at some places which can be difficult in the IT field. There is so much to learn about computers that no one, I don’t think, can know it all. As far as taking classes, I would do my best to make sure the school and curriculum you decide on is current with tools/systems/etc being used in industry; I have seen institutions that use such dated coursework that leaves graduates writing resumes that look all 1995ish. CCNA is awesome! Learning Linux is awesome! Developing your own APPLE jokes is awesome!
if im taking an associates degree in computer networking, do i still need to take other courses?
if im taking an associates degree in computer networking, do i still need to take other courses to get certification such as CCNA? and if so, can i take the certification stuff at the same time that im going to school for my associates?
It really depends on the courses your taking. Ask the teacher if the course is geared toward the CCNA certifications. You can also get a good overview of what you need to know from the Cisco website http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le0/le9/learning_certification_type_home.html
can a minor in business help with a computer networking major?
i want to major in computer networking, but also wish to minor in business and possibly computer science minor. is it possible to minor in business for a networking major?
At work we would tend to look dimly on things like that. A standard undergraduate degree does not really leave enough time to cover computing on its own in the round. If you take time out of that studying other subjects you lose even more. I would also question the point of it: you are not going to go straight into a management position over people with years of expertise simply because you did a few courses at Uni. Focus on the tech stuff since that is going to be your first requirements. Demonstrating proficiency there is ultimately what opens doors for you.
